Judge to NYC public school students: No cell phones for you!

An appeals court has upheld the 2005 law banning cell phone possession in New York City schools. The judge said that although she sympathizes with parents, the devices are disruptive, and kids can't be trusted to turn them off at the right times if adults can't.
