Grand jury investigates Palin e-mail hacker; no charges yet

A grand jury in Tennessee heard testimony on Tuesday from friends of David Kernell, the son of a state legislator. He is under investigation in connection with the hacking of Gov. Sarah Palin's e-mail account—so far, no indictment has been issued.
