New Sharp Aquos LCD TVs

Sharp has rolled out a range of new AQUOS LCD HDTVs in North America, where the D65U lineup will feature the following :-

• Native 1080p resolution
• 42" to 52" sizes
• Energy Star-compliant
• Active backlight and contrast controls
• Sharp's Advanced Super View and Black TFT Panel technologies
• 176-degrees viewing angle
• Five HDMI ports
• Two composite inputs
• One S-video, PC-in, and RS-232C

You will have to fork out $1,600 for the 42" D65U while the 46" and 52" models will retail for $1,900 and $2,400, respectively this October.
